- Provision of informational, consulting, and methodological help in developing software on the Drupal platform (the members of the partnership are the leading programmers working on the CMF Drupal platform, as well as company i20, the largest developer in the Asian part of Russia working on the CMF Drupal platform)
- Organizing and holding conferences, seminars, workshops, round-table discussions, and other public events
- Organizingclub-style communication to exchange experience of working with Drupal system
